Comparison 3
Exploring Envy, Self-Worth & Your Unique Path · Reconnecting With What Is Truly Yours
Comparison can become especially sharp when it touches envy. Envy is uncomfortable, but it can also contain information. Sometimes it points toward an experience, quality, freedom, relationship, opportunity, recognition, or sense of belonging that we want for ourselves. The feeling does not automatically make us unkind or ungrateful; what matters is how we respond to it.
When envy or comparison appears, name the specific thing you want rather than turning it into a global judgment about yourself.
I honor my own journey and release the need to measure my worth against anyone else.

- 4
Where in my life am I ready to trust my own timing, even if it looks.

What is one small way I can move toward what I value without using someone else’s.
Someone else’s chapter is not a measure of your progress. Your path is allowed to be different, and different can still be beautiful. What makes your journey unique today?
