Self-Sabotage

A Journey of Self-Discovery

Self-sabotage describes choices or patterns that interfere with something we say we want, such as delaying, withdrawing, abandoning progress, or creating obstacles when a goal becomes real. The pattern may be trying to avoid risk, judgment, change, disappointment, or unfamiliar success rather than proving that you do not care. This worksheet helps replace shame with curiosity and identify where a different choice is possible.
