Mugwort Smoke Bundle

INGREDIENT

• Mugwort

OVERVIEW

The Mugwort Smoke Bundle is included for pre-ritual cleansing and preparation. Mugwort is widely associated in contemporary witchcraft with dreams, divination, intuition, and crossing into deeper reflective space.

TERMINOLOGY

Describe this practice as smoke cleansing or cleansing with botanical smoke, not automatically as smudging.

SUGGESTED USE

Light the end carefully, allow it to catch briefly, then extinguish the open flame so it smolders lightly. Move intentionally through the chosen ritual space while focusing on clearing distraction and making room for reflection.

SAFETY

Use a fire-safe dish beneath it.
Never leave a smoldering bundle unattended.
Use ventilation.
Avoid smoke-based practices when they aggravate respiratory conditions.
