Herbal Foot Soak Reset
A small water-based reset for days when a full bath ritual is impractical. Warm water, a little salt, and rosemary or lavender create a sensory pause while symbolically marking the end of one part of the day and the beginning of another. This is a reflective ritual, not a medical treatment.
