Serenity Bath Salt

INGREDIENTS

• Epsom salt
• Lavender
• Chamomile
• Rose

OVERVIEW

Serenity Bath Salt is included in the Peaceful Home box because tending the atmosphere of a home also includes tending the person who lives inside it.

Its ritual purpose is intentionally simple:

step away
slow down
make space for quiet
let personal care count as part of the work

EPSOM SALT

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate.

Do not claim that bathing in Epsom salt “detoxifies” the body or provides unproven systemic magnesium benefits.

For this Grimoire record its primary role is as the mineral salt base of the bath product and as part of the sensory ritual of soaking.

SUGGESTED RITUAL

Prepare the bath according to the product directions.

As the bath fills, decide what you are temporarily setting down.

Not forever.

Just for the duration of the bath.

You may use a simple statement:

For this moment,
nothing is required of me
except to be here.

The intention is not to promise a medical effect.

It is to create deliberate space for rest.

SAFETY

For external bath use only unless the physical product label explicitly states otherwise.

Avoid eyes.

Do not use on irritated or broken skin if doing so causes discomfort.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Chamomile can cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to ragweed, chrysanthemums, daisies, and related plants.

Lavender-containing topical products may cause skin reactions in some people.

Use caution with hot baths.

Follow all instructions on the physical product label.

PRACTICAL RITUAL USE

Prepare the bath according to the product directions, choose a simple intention for rest or release, and use the bathing time as a deliberate pause for quiet reflection.
